Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\pla, and change imagepath to %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\\svchost.exe -k LocalServiceNoNetwork ..

Win 2k8 combine perfmon log and alert services into one service.

Am I missing something? I have this problem on two different Windows 2008 servers, and neither has that .exe file.
